Оn October 7, 2025 Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Ranchev, General Manager of "Campus Lozen Park" EOOD and Head of the Department of "Financial Control", signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the University of National and World Economy (UNWE).

The Memorandum aims to create a sustainable framework for strategic partnership between "Campus Lozen Park" EOOD and UNWE in support of career guidance, mentoring and professional development of students, promoting links between the education system and business. Various events are planned aimed at the development of human capital, youth employment and education, as well as supporting entrepreneurship, innovation and economic development. These could include joint initiatives and projects, organizing seminars and conferences, public lectures, workshops, contests and internships for students, development and implementation of joint projects under national and European programs, etc.

Campus Lozen Park EOOD is a part of the German Lindner Group. In 2023, the company was awarded a Class A Investment Certificate by the Bulgarian Investment Agency for the construction of innovative educational infrastructure.

This is another large-scale project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria after other successful projects such as Residential Park Lozen, Residential Park Sofia, Lozen Tech Park and Business Park Sofia, implemented within the last 25 years. The total investment of the German investor in Bulgaria already exceeds 350 Million EUR.

The signing of the memorandum on behalf of the UNWE was attended by Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova, Vice-Rector for Institutional and Business Cooperation and Student Policies, as well as Senior Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ina Lecheva, Project Coordinator.
